Your work will help protect our customers and platforms, reduce risk to service, and ensure we service our customers effectively and efficiently throughout the lifetime of their policy, all while meeting our regulatory obligations.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about business analysis and who is looking to make a significant impact on the organisation's success.About the roleAs a Lead Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering analysis initially across a large, complex programme of migrations. You will:Lead the analysis for multiple migration initiatives, ensuring clarity of requirements, risks, and dependencies, and/or lead analysis on large complex change initiatives.Provide direction, coaching, and quality oversight to Business Analysts, enabling consistent, high-standard outputs.Plan, track, and adapt analysis activities across a dynamic programme, ensuring alignment to delivery milestones.Partner with stakeholders at all levels, translating business needs into actionable insights and optimised solutions.Champion the use of AI and automation to improve analysis efficiency, documentation quality, and re-use of knowledge.Collaborate across cross-functional delivery teams to design and implement solutions that meet regulatory and operational standards.Produce high-quality documentation, including business requirements, migration rules, process maps, and options papers, to enable informed decision-making.About youWe are looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst who can thrive in a fast-paced change environment and inspire a team to deliver excellence. You will bring:Proven experience in business analysis within financial services, ideally with exposure to long-term savings, pensions, or insurance.A strong track record of leading analysis on data migration programmes (from data discovery, data analysis and mapping to supporting and delivering ETL's whilst confirming and addressing audit and reconciliation requirements) with an understanding of complexity and risk management.Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, supported by strong data analysis ability. Able to use data analysis skills to identify issues with completeness, accuracy, duplication and consistency. Ability to create rules requirements to transform data. Ability to work with technical colleagues to inform cleansing and transformation implementation and testing.
