- Support the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation in line with company policies.
- Assist with onboarding new staff, ensuring a seamless introduction to the organisation.
- Provide administrative support for employee relations and performance management processes.
- Monitor employee attendance and handle related queries effectively.
- Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate HR data is provided.
- Respond to HR-related inquiries from staff in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- A solid understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Experience in maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- An hourly rate of approximately £13.00 to £15.00, depending on experience.
