- Supporting the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring a first-class candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Managing the careers calendar, scheduling interviews, responding to ad-hoc queries, incoming phone calls and emails.
- Impacting the candidate journey from initial screening, consistent communication, conducting first stage interviews and through to potential offer stage.
- Building pipelines for current and future demand by working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to understand potential future business needs and address current gaps in the talent pool.
- Liaising with key stakeholders to understand specific technical requirements. Feeding back on strengths and gaps and implementing solutions to ensure the right candidates are put forward.
- Developing a strong understanding of Grayce’s offering and development programmes alongside the recruitment cycle.
