
Account Manager - German Region

- The account manager is the primary commercial contact for new and existing customers in Germany, building and growing relationships within different functions and seniority levels within key customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets in line with the Global and Regional Business Strategies
- Sales pipeline development - Identify and deliver new business opportunities at new or existing customers.
- Develop close working relationship with customer service team and other cross functional teams within Mylar Specialty Films business
- Implement specific actions in line with global and regional business strategies to enhance profitability
- Responsible for 18 month rolling sales forecast for assigned accounts
- Working with customer service team, ensure that cash receivables are managed at assigned accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans (key account plan).
- Over 5 years of proven work experience in an account management role in technical films, plastics or similar industry
- Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
- Must be willing and able to travel 30% - 60% of the time either domestically or within EMEA region
- Fluent English (German is a strong advantage).
