
Global Account Director, CPG - Global Accounts - London

- Drive global revenue growth via deep collaboration with clients, regional sales partners and cross functional teams.
- Drive first to market, platform leading activations and innovation on a global scale
- Support regional sales teams to solve key business blockers and enable the pitch process
- Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices to drive incremental business opportunities
- Analyze account performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and improve product offering
Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients, in collaboration with the Regional Sales team.
- Create a collaborative team environment that enables the sharing of learning/innovation across accounts and around the world.
- Work and collaborate with diverse group of internal cross-functional teams across the Consumer, Content, Product and Revenue business units to drive organizational KPIs.
- Global Reporting & Analysis: On-going forecasting, deal management and analysis of spend, seasonality, market participation and saturationQualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in sales or BD experience with a clear history of client management and revenue generation in digital marketing
- Global experience operating at global networks in previous roles and deep understanding of nuances by region
- Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess business performance
- Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with ad verification partners (IAS, DV, DAR, MOAT).Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing CPG advertisers with a deep understanding of their business and media challenges
