- Design and implement integrated digital strategies across paid, earned, social and owned channels.
- Guide content planning and oversee creation of platform-appropriate assets.
- Champion the role of analytics in shaping campaign decisions and evaluating success.
- Line-manage and mentor junior team members, promoting a supportive, collaborative and inclusive growth-oriented environment.
- Lead internal upskilling and best practice sharing across the agency.
- Support resource planning, project workflow and team wellbeing.
- Contribute to new business pitches and proposals, bringing smart insights and creative ideas.
- Help identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, driving innovation in digital delivery.
- Represent the agency in digital thought leadership, both internally and externally.
