We are currently looking for a skilled Groundworker / Brick Worker to join our successful Response business based in the West Midlands. The Groundworker role:We’re committed to keeping you safe, happy and supported, therefore Health and Safety is paramount throughout the responsibilities of this role, for you, us, and the customer.
  • Undertaking external domestic trade works predominantly; laying flagstones, erecting & maintaining fences, brick work, pointing and small areas of concrete.
  • Demonstrating excellent customer service skills when working in a customer facing environment in occupied properties.
  • Working in a domestic environment, you enjoy working with people, whether as a team, or with the residents.
  • Emergency call out will be expected, on a rota basis.
What you will bring as a Groundworker:
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade
  • Ideally, experience of working within a domestic / social housing environment, or relevant response environment experience (albeit not essential)
  • Having a passion for making a difference to people's homes, you have strong values in delivering exceptional customer service skills, and enjoy working with people
  • Driving license, with eligibility to drive in the UK.
