- Query ITSM for outstanding tickets / workstreams.
- Network management.
- Trouble shooting and problem resolution.
- Hardware and software installation.
- System administration.
- User training and support.
- Asset management. Field surveys.
- Any IT industry professional qualifications desirable.
- Full clean UK driving licence.
- Use of own vehicle. Mileage allowance provided.
- Technical Proficiency: Laptop / Tablet / PC install and support skills – Dell + Lenovo hardware.
- Operating systems: Windows 11 / Windows 10. Android.
- Analytical Thinking: Diagnosis, repair and rebuilding and proven experience of 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support.
- Cloud Services: Azure, Entra ID / Active Directory, Office 365.
- Networking:
- Install and removal of network equipment.
- Experience of Cisco, Meraki and Netgear equipment.
- Knowledge of IOS.
- Knowledge of network protocols – TCP/IP.
- Installation of WIFI Access Points (at height).
- Lan / Wan knowledge.
- Install of VOIP handsets.
- Time management:
- Ability to prioritise outstanding tickets.
- Ability to work unsupervised for extended periods of time using your initiative.
- To be proactive and assertive.
- Ability to stay overnight where/when required. To work unsociable hours where this would be deemed reasonable.
