- Manage and optimise engineer inspection schedules using planning systems
- Monitor real-time activity and adjust schedules to maximise workforce utilisation
- Liaise with engineers, clients, and internal teams to ensure clear communication
- Coordinate appointments and handle customer escalations professionally
- Produce planning reports and track performance against utilisation targets
- Investigate scheduling issues and escalate resource conflicts when necessary
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with scheduling and planning systems
- Confident working with data and reporting tools
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Calm and decisive under pressure
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, change-driven environment
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
