Who you'll be supporting & more about the role:As our Employee Relations Administrator, you'll play a vital role in maintaining and managing employee data across multiple systems. You'll be the go-to person for ensuring our records are accurate, compliant, and up to date.Day to Day (list not exhaustive see attached job description)
Conducting audits of colleague records and identifying gaps
Preparing and distributing routine People documents
Supporting data collection for compliance and reporting
Inputting and managing data in People Systems
Assisting with a variety of People and Employee Relations data integrity projects
Providing administrative support to the wider People Team
Managing high volumes of requests across multiple communication channels
Ensuring GDPR compliance and safeguarding sensitive information

Skilled in Outlook, Excel, and Word, with strong written and verbal communication
Able to deliver excellent customer service across a range of People queries
Comfortable working independently and within a team
Adaptable to changing priorities and able to manage multiple tasks
Professional, confidential, and detail-focused
GCSE Grade C or equivalent in Maths and English Language
Business administration qualification or relevant experience (desirable)
Experience in a Care organisation (desirable)
Understanding of Statutory Guidelines and People/ER activities (desirable)
