
Operations Executive - Client Relations

- Investigate & respond to any incoming queries via telephone and email
- Ensure all Operational deliverables are actioned on time in accordance with service level agreements, agreed quality standards, regulatory & company requirements
- Adhere to all HMRC and FCA regulations including CASS & COBS rules and all Company policies and procedures
- Understand the client on-boarding process and enrichment of client accounts
- Process transfer requests on the custody platform and maintain accurate client data on all platforms
- Closure/archiving of records on XPLAN
- Call handling and customer service experience is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to communicate well both written and verbally to senior audiences
- Demonstrable interest in financial services
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages: Minimum basic level Word and intermediate level Excel
- Demonstrate ability to understand and summarise complex information in a professional and concise manner and solve problems quickly with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to organise workloads effectively and meet tight deadlines, with a flexible approach to team priorities
- Experience gained within a financial services institution especially in Operations is advantageous but not essential
- For candidates with no relevant experience, Scottish Higher / GCSE's (or equivalent) at level C or higher in relevant subject
- Relevant professional qualifications e.g. CISI Investment Operations Certificate desirable but not essential
