- Develop and maintain working relationships across all departments, the senior team as well as external stakeholders and contractors.
- Oversee the reception and executives meeting areas, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
- Manage appointments and meetings, coordinating with various departments.
- Manage and coordinate a number of meeting rooms and event spaces, quickly and efficiently.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team members with efficiency and professionalism.
- Manage any escalations from the senior management team and building management.
- Lead and mentor the reception team, building and developing a collaborative environment and promoting best practises.
- Previous Experience: Proven extensive experience as a receptionist preferably in a corporate or financial setting,in a leadership/management role.
- Outstanding Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, making you the perfect ambassador for the company.
- Organisational Skills: Exceptional multitasking and organisational skills, with an eye for detail that ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
- Positive Attitude: A naturally positive and personable individual, with the ability to handle challenges with professionalism and respect.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office software and systems technology, enabling you to manage various tasks seamlessly.
