This role will report to the UK Marketing Manager, with regular collaboration with our Global Marketing team in Norway and marketing colleagues across the business.Key Responsibilities:1. Social Media Management
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement for TOMRA.
- Manage and monitor social media accounts (Linkedin, Facebook), including content creation, scheduling, and responding to enquiries.
- Analyse social media performance, share regular reporting and provide insights for improvement.
- Oversee the editorial content of the local UK website using the Content Management System (CMS - Sitecore).
- Ensure local website content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Manage website quality assurance, formatting, link-checking, and basic SEO tasks
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and publish engaging web content.
- Manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data.
- Develop and execute CRM campaigns to nurture leads and drive customer retention.
- Analyse CRM data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Create compelling and engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, website, and email marketing.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing content.
- Ensure content is consistent with brand voice and messaging.
- Conduct regular reporting and analysis of marketing campaigns and digital activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimise marketing efforts.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress towards marketing goals.
- Implement and use website analytics tracking elements (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics)
- Coordinate and manage UK marketing events, including webinars and in person trade exhibitions. Provide post-event analysis and reporting.
- Support the sales and marketing team in developing sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Approx. 5-6 years of proven hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation
- Experience working for a B2B brand and implementing lead generation campaigns
- Proficiency in using CMS, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills and able to work on multiple projects
