- Serve as the primary contact point for internal and external communications, ensuring confidentiality and timely responses.
- Organize and manage the Senior Manager's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and diary management.
- Prepare accurate documentation, correspondence, and reports, including both routine and non-routine letters.
- Maintain efficient manual and electronic filing systems for quick information retrieval.
- Support meeting preparations, including minute-taking and distribution of necessary documentation.
- Support the administration and tracking of NMC/GMC registrations and Endowment funds/budget trackers.
- Ensure compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations, Access to Health Records Act, and other relevant legislation regarding confidential data.
- Take minutes for meetings and liaise with family members
