Family Assistant Role in Highgate

My client is a lovely family of 5 looking for a new All Rounder to join their family home. The family consists of mum, dad and their three children who are 17, 14 and 11 years old, with their friendly Vizsla dog.This role is very multifaceted and they are very committed to finding the right fit candidate wise for the family. They are looking for a very reliable candidate who is proactive, organised, communicative as well as being a warm and personable individual.With regards to the hours, this can be negotiated but ideally looking for 25 - 35 hours per week possibly, Monday to Thursday with flexible start and end time each day, consistent with job specification.They are based in the lovely Highgate, which has great transport links. They would ideally like a driver that they can insure on an automatic car.The family could be happy to pay a salary higher than listed for the right person, so please do apply if you have the relevant skillset and we can discuss this in due course.Job specification:
- Childcare support for school-age/teens: being a responsible presence, related errands and activity transport (including weekly sports clubs).
- Cooking: Support healthy diets for family. Plan and cook family dinners weekdays; varied (tasty) menus for family; manage grocery orders and kitchen stock.
- Housekeeping: Daily tidying and cleaning of their home laundry and ironing; changing beds; general household organisation. Deep cleaning support can be arranged separately.
- Pet care: Daily dog walks (near Hampstead Heath and other parks), feeding, general care; comfortable with an energetic (though older) medium/large dog.
- PA: Manage local appointments, bookings, deliveries, errands, and simple admin tasks.
- 5+ previous years experience in a private household
- Happy to work in a home with a dog and children
- Excellent prior references and recommendations from prior employers
- Friendly and warm personality, very reliable, organised and comfortable balancing multiple tasks
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work, proactive and able to work on own initiative
- DBS checked, RTW in the UK
