- Support to work towards registration on the UK Public Health Register as a Public Health Practitioner.
- Have substantial experience in public health or health promotion roles.
- Hold a relevant first degree and postgraduate qualification in an area related to health promotion and/or public health or have at least three years' experience in a related role within a local authority, NHS, or voluntary sector.
- Are skilled in partnership working across other local authority service areas, other service providers (both in the NHS and voluntary and community sector), the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities (OHID) and other relevant national and area leads.
