Part-time role :21-28 hours a week

Our mission is to transform resident experiences through innovative asset management and engagement.As a Property Surveyor, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive top-notch repairs and maintenance services.
You'll work hand-in-hand with our maintenance delivery partners to:
  • Conduct regular inspections and prepare detailed reports on the condition of our properties.
  • Identify and manage work required in our maintenance programs, including compiling specifications and liaising with contractors.
  • Support our commitment to health and safety, ensuring a safe environment for residents and colleagues.
  • Champion resident experience, ensuring that their needs are at the forefront of decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform stock condition surveys and maintain accurate records.
  • Oversee the pre-inspection and post-inspection of repairs.
  • Manage minor repairs and participate in cyclical program inspections.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to facilitate necessary adaptations for residents.
  • Promote a culture of health and safety and value for money.
