
Senior Surveyor / Associate

- Provide expert advice and support to a diverse range of rural clients, helping them manage, develop, and diversify their rural property assets.
- Work across a broad spectrum of rural surveying activities, including planning, valuations, landlord and tenant issues, property sales, lettings, and emerging areas like ecosystem services and energy projects.
- Holds a RICS-accredited degree with 2-3 years PQE in a similar rural surveying role.
- Demonstrates a detailed knowledge of rural property matters, with added experience in energy or planning being advantageous.
- Has excellent organisational, planning, and IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to network and build relationships effectively.
- Works well independently and as part of a team, showing flexibility and a proactive approach to managing multiple priorities.
