This is an exciting opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join a growing team in Leeds. The role will suit a senior Solicitor who is interested to progress and help grow a team in Yorkshire and work as part of a national law firm.The Property Litigation Solicitor will deal with a range of work and responsibilities including;

Handling a varied caseload of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, boundary issues, and lease renewals.
Advising clients including occupiers, developers and public sector clients.
Working closely with the Partner in Leeds
Taking an active role in business development and winning new work
Working closely with the wider Property disputes team nationally

A competitive salary in the range of £80000 to £95000 per annum.
