Our client is looking to recruit a senior Property Litigation Solicitor to join their team in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior lawyer to join as the first Property disputes lawyer.The Property Litigation Solicitor will deal with a range of work and responsibilities including;
  • Managing a caseload of property disputes, including landlord and tenant matters, boundary disputes, and lease renewals.
  • Advising clients across a range of sectors including retail, landowners and manufacturers.
  • Working closely with the wider Property disputes team
  • Supporting the transactional property lawyers locally
  • Taking an active role around business development.
