Facade Manager: New Build ResidentialWe're looking for an experienced Facade Manager to take the lead on a new build residential scheme in London. This is a unique opportunity to oversee the entire facade package from the ground up, ensuring a high-quality finish on a landmark project.You'll be responsible for managing a comprehensive facade package, including brickwork, GRC, masonry, windows, and scaffolding. This isn't just a supervisory role; you'll be the technical expert on site, responsible for the delivery of the entire package.Key Duties:
  • Package Management: Taking full ownership of the facade package from start to finish.
  • Site Supervision: Overseeing all on-site works, ensuring top-tier quality and strict adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Subcontractor Coordination: Managing and coordinating with all facade subcontractors to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Progress Monitoring: Tracking and reporting on project progress to senior management, identifying and resolving any issues proactively.
  • Technical Liaison: Acting as the main point of contact for all technical aspects of the facade, liaising with architects, engineers, and the wider project team.
Key Requirements:
  • Bricklayer trade background or Civil Engineering
  • Between 5-10 years experience
  • In date CSCS, SMSTS, FIRST AID
  • Extensive understanding of new build volume residential projects
