Job descriptionAs a Personal Advisor you will work alongside other Personal Advisors and Social Workers in the Unit and report to the Team Manager.The role involves working together with the Virtual School, accommodation providers and PMU in ensuring care leavers are supported and prepared for independence. Good engagement skills and organisational skills are essential in holding a caseload of up to 25 care leavers and reviewing Pathway Plans in a timely way.
