This role is perfect for someone who loves delivering smart electrical solutions across sectors like public, commercial, and education and wants to be part of projects that really matter.Key Responsibilities
- Lead project feasibility studies and deliver detailed electrical design from RIBA Stage 0-4.
- Prepare technical drawings and comprehensive electrical tender packages.
- Oversee electrical installations on site, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Conduct thorough electrical condition, pre-acquisition, dilapidation, and PPM surveys.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, supporting clients and guiding contractor designs.
- Work efficiently within established processes while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver seamless project outcomes.
- Play an active role in growing and shaping the in-region M&E service offering.
- Contribute to developing effective commercial strategies aligned with business goals.
- BSc Electrical Engineering degree or higher.
- Recognised M&E qualification.
- Chartered status or commitment to achieve MCIBSE (or equivalent).
- Proven experience delivering independent electrical design (RIBA 0-4) and site engineering.
- Skilled in asset surveying, technical due diligence, and condition assessment.
- Proficient in AutoCAD; REVIT skills are a bonus.
- Excellent communicator with a client-first mindset.
- Highly organised, proactive, commercially aware, and a collaborative team player.
- Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel across Southwest and South Wales.
