We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Divisional Sales Manager to lead our team across the South-West of England including Devon, Cornwall, Gloucester and South Wales. Ideally based in Bristol/Gloucester you’ll be out in the field three days a week, so you’ll need to live within a realistic commuting distance.If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are passionate about putting customers first, challenging the status quo, and delivering results with urgency—this is your opportunity to lead with purpose and impact.This role is all about sales leadership, not operations. You’ll be leading a team of up to 10 sales professionals, responsible for unlocking their potential to drive growth with both existing and new customers.   • A strong background in sales management, ideally in MRO or a related sector
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire regional sales teams
  • A commercial and strategic mindset with a track record of delivering results
