- Providing admin and operational support to senior staff
- Organising team schedules and daily agendas
- Covering the office and liaising with clients when others are out
- Assisting with marketing of new properties and digital listings
- Supporting with sales progression and coordination
- Conducting viewings, if required
- Helping to ensure deals are completed efficiently
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Previous experience in property or office coordination (preferred)
- Confident using CRM systems and office software
- Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Self-driven and proactive with a can-do attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and presentable, with an interest in property
- Willingness to get involved wherever needed
