
Branch and Mortgage Administrator

- Assisting clients with mortgage enquiries and applications
- Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and clients to progress sales
- Managing branch administrative tasks and documentation
- Supporting the sales and lettings teams with property listings and valuations
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM and other systems
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company procedures
- Providing excellent customer service and support to clients and colleagues
- Previous experience in estate agency administration (sales or lettings)
- Understanding of mortgage processes and applications
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, professional, and detail-oriented
- Competent with Microsoft Office and property CRM systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
