- Host external meetings, including meet and greet, refreshments, and arranging food if required.
- Coordinate hotel bookings for staff and visitors.
- Manage stationery and PPE orders.
- Handle incoming calls via the office landline.
- Collate subcontractor and PAYE staff timesheets.
- Process reinstatement sheets and send plant/asset reminders.
- Maintain accurate online filing of timesheets, subcontractor, and reinstatement documents.
- Monitor dedicated inboxes and distribute communications as needed.
- Collate time-related data for SHEQ and other internal teams.
- Assist with Sizewell induction documentation.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
