- Driving new business opportunities and pipeline growth
- Building strong networks across contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
- Working cross-functionally to convert leads into successful project wins
- Representing the brand at key industry events and forums
- 5+ years of BD experience in the construction or infrastructure space
- Proven track record in securing projects and growing client accounts
- Strong commercial awareness and a strategic mindset
- Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
