- Great at delving into the details when necessary, as well as being able to step back and think about the bigger picture.
- Experience developing strong client relationships.
- Ability to run and developer workshops, training sessions and presentations.
- Be confident discussing creative ideas, digital solutions, and user experience with other roles in the delivery team e.g. developers, testers, user researchers, interaction designers and product owners.
- Knowledge of the Agile development process.
- Experience with process mapping as-is and to-be processes, gap analysis, and writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Understanding of risks and issues.
- Experience working in digital transformation.
- Organised, collaborative, and able to mentor junior analysts and work as a team.
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Analyst Manager, or equivalent.
- Experience in digital transformation in the public sector.
- Software development, service design, or user experience or equivalent background or ability to understand these concepts.
