- One or more Salesforce technical certifications such as Platform Developer I or JavaScript Developer I.
- Experience in onsite technical roles on at least two full-lifecycle Salesforce implementations, with strong expertise in at least three of the following areas/modules:
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Health Cloud
- Education Cloud
- Non-profit Cloud
- Commerce Cloud
- Experience Cloud
- Marketing Cloud
- Data Cloud
- Hands-on experience in one or more Salesforce native programmatic development capabilities such as Apex and LWC.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle and release management approaches on the Salesforce platform including the tools available such as SFDX CLI, VS Code, GIT version control, CI/CD, test automation and scratch orgs.
- Experience with declarative development techniques and how to effectively apply them. Including but not limited to flow builder, process builder, approval processes, custom objects, validation rules, formulas, and Data Loader.
- Relational databases concepts and data modelling.
- Experience with other enterprise technology such as Java, front-end web development, JavaScript, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience integrating and leveraging DocuSign e-signature solutions within Salesforce.
- Experience implementing and configuring Conga Composer for document generation and automation within Salesforce.
- Experience building, deploying, and maintaining Heroku applications
- Experience developing and maintaining dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau
- Experience with Shield or similar encryption/tokenisation technology
- Experience communicating directly with end users and resolving incidents within SLA
