- Experience working with the public, preferably in a customer service role.
- Experience of completing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
- Experience using computers with a variety of different software packages, and good keyboard skills.
- Experience of dealing with challenging behaviours and emotional situations.
- General education to GCSE level or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbally and written).
- Excellent IT skills.
- The ability to work calmly and effectively in a busy environment whilst dealing with multiple tasks, prioritising them accordingly.
- The ability to deal with sensitive personal information and respect our patients' right to confidentiality.
- Good people skills with both colleagues and patients, being able to work as part of a busy team demonstrating understanding, compassion and assertiveness when appropriate.

- An excellent attendance record in previous roles.
