- Lead end-to-end enterprise security maturity assessments aligned with NIST CSF and industry best practices, delivering strategic roadmaps for risk reduction and compliance.
- Design and deploy integrated security frameworks spanning cloud, identity, network, and endpoint platforms, enhancing detection and response capabilities.
- Direct vulnerability management and penetration testing initiatives to proactively identify and remediate security gaps.
- Spearhead SecOps transformation efforts including SIEM deployment, automation, and incident response optimization.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and stakeholders to establish governance, risk management, and compliance processes supporting regulatory requirements.
- Champion the adoption of secure-by-design practices in application development, infrastructure architecture, and cloud adoption.
- Develop and deliver security awareness and enablement programs to elevate organizational security culture.
- Enterprise Security Architecture and SecOps across Endpoint, Network, Identity, Cloud (Microsoft 365, Azure) and Data domains.
- Proficient in security operations tools including Microsoft Sentinel and Defender XDR.
- Experienced in networking (LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, SSE, and SASE) across Cisco, Zscaler, and Palo Alto platforms.
- Leading security maturity programs-assessment, design, integration, and operationalization of security frameworks.
- Driving risk management, compliance, vulnerability management, and SecOps transformation.
- Strategic advisor for security governance and posture enhancement.
- Experienced in Six Sigma, ITIL, Prince2, Agile delivery methodologies.
- Skilled in NIST CSF, NCSC CAF, ACSC Essential Eight and ISM, PSPF, COBIT, MITRE ATT&CK, CIS Controls.
