You as our Operations Manager or REGIONAL SERVICE MANAGER will be responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of fire and security services, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and optimizing operational processes. If you are an ideal candidate you will have a strong background in fire and security systems and possess excellent leadership and managerial skills of Maintenance Engineers and Service Delivery. You will be out and about in the field meeting customers, in office ensuring staff are planned and meeting engineers to manage communication, and improve the SLA, KPI and service improvement so all team and customers happy.
