- Manage the day-to-day operations of the marketing technology stack: Ensure smooth functioning, user adoption, and data integrity across campaign operations
- Develop and implement scalable processes for the account funnel: Optimise account funnel and workflows to guide prospects and customers seamlessly through the buying journey.
- Develop the marketing engine: Manage our scoring model, support the account grading criteria, and implement marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and qualify them for sales.
- Support Demand Generation and Global Growth teams with marketing campaign across various channels (email, paid advertising, direct marketing, chatbot)
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing operations trends and technologies
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations or a related field
- Proven experience with marketing platforms
- A keen observer with a curious mind to solve problems
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- A keen understanding of marketing principles and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
