As a Residential Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where young people can grow and thrive. Day to day, you will:Build trusting, positive relationships with children and young people.Support daily routines, education, and recreational activities.Work closely with colleagues to provide consistent care and stability.Take part in sleep-in shifts (included in salary package).About You
We're seeking caring, resilient individuals who are passionate about supporting young people with complex needs. To succeed, you will:Be flexible to work long day shifts (7am-10pm) and sleep-ins.Have experience in similar roles such as Residential Childcare Worker, Support Worker, SEN Assistant, or Teaching Assistant.Be confident managing challenging behaviours in a calm, professional way.Be committed to gaining further qualifications (fully funded).Next Step
