As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you'll support children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties, while guiding and mentoring less experienced colleagues. Your role will include:Acting as a role model and leading shifts to ensure consistent, high-quality careBuilding strong, positive relationships with young peopleSupporting education, leisure activities, and daily routinesContributing to care planning and safeguarding responsibilitiesWhat we're looking forYou must hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)Previous experience working in residential childcareAbility to manage challenging behaviour with resilience and professionalismFlexibility to work long day shifts (7am-10pm) and participate in sleep-insNext Step
