- Conducting market research, competitor analysis, partner, and client feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Defining, prioritising, and communicating the portal product roadmap to internal stakeholders.
- Detailing portal requirements and design decisions in collaboration with the Transformation team, and work alongside the chosen integration partner to build and launch new portals
- Ensuring that portal controls, processes, and policies are effective, customer focused and are compliant.
- Participating in and support both Heads of Product to build world-class product practices, centred on autonomous, KPI-driven development across multi-functional teams.
- Hybrid working, 2-3 office days per week as the role allows
