We nurture our community by ensuring we deliver products and services that keep Fresh Brewers at the heart of our business.As we scale, we’re hiring a Senior Digital Product Manager to manage our digital experience end-to-end - driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This is a high-impact, foundational role for a hands-on leader ready to shape the customer journey and build the systems that keep people coming back.You’ll be a key owner of our North Star metric: LTV/CAC. That means lowering acquisition costs, maximizing customer lifetime value, and aligning every digital touchpoint with commercial outcomes.Please note this role is UK-based, and we are unable to sponsor visas at this time.What You’ll Do
  • Own the customer journey – From first touch to loyal subscriber, design and optimize every digital interaction across web, app, email, and more.
  • Drive the digital product strategy – Build and execute a roadmap across acquisition, onboarding, retention, loyalty, and engagement.
  • Use LTV/CAC as your compass – Optimize every initiative to improve customer lifetime value and payback on acquisition.
  • Improve acquisition metrics – Increase conversion of higher-value customers and grow AOV by designing compelling propositions and funnel flows.
  • Improve retention metrics – Reduce churn, increase product usage, and drive NPS by solving core customer problems.
  • Advocate for the customer – Run qualitative and quantitative research to uncover friction points, motivations, and unmet needs.
  • Deliver impactful product experiences – Write clear specs, prioritize ruthlessly, and guide cross-functional teams from concept to release.
  • Design and prototype – Use Figma or similar tools to visualize ideas and test concepts.
  • Partner across the business – Work closely with marketing, CRM, and brand teams to deliver consistent, compelling experiences across all channels.
  • Turn insights into action – Use our data platform and behavioral machine learning to power personalization, recommendations, and decision making processes.
  • Own performance – Drive KPIs including CAC, LTV, retention, NPS, onboarding success, and more.
  • Optimize lifecycle touchpoints – Design CRM and app-based flows to drive engagement, retention, and reactivation.
  • Experiment at the top of the funnel – Collaborate with growth marketing on value propositions, offers, and landing pages that improve conversion and lower CAC.
  • Create interfaces for higher-value propositions and experiences – Develop differentiated features and journeys that unlock premium value and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Own the interface between product and marketing systems – Ensure seamless integration and collaboration between our digital products and platforms like Meta, Google and Klaviyo.
What about you?You will be a good fit if you have:
  • 5+ years in digital product roles, with proven success in DTC, subscription, or retention-heavy businesses
  • Proven ability to drive growth through customer-centric product thinking
  • Strong track record across the full product lifecycle: acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention
  • Experience using customer research to inform roadmap decisions
  • Hands-on skills in writing user stories, creating wireframes, and prototyping
  • Deep understanding of CX and UX principles, with a bias toward execution
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, with strong prioritization and trade-off skills
  • Fluent in data – comfortable analysing data, designing dashboards, cohort analysis and experimentation methodology
  • Familiarity with tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, Segment/Snowplow, Amplitude, Figma, Jira
  • Understanding of software development principles and architectural awareness
  • Confident communicator and collaborator with cross-functional leadership experience
