No behaviour support role is ever the same as the next, and no day is ever dull. It is no secret that while doing this kind of role in a high school, your resilience will be tested. While this is the case, the reason people continue to sign-up is the challenge of getting to the bottom of the reasons for this, and the reward that comes with understanding these reasons and the progress that it brings.
