About YouPrevious experience as a Sous/Junior Sous within a multi-outlet establishment is essential, time spent working within a mix of la carte restaurants and events would be beneficial. A passion for and knowledge of working with seasonal British/European cuisine.An inspiring leader who will develop, train and help to retain a brigade of 8-12 Chefs, working between different sections.
