We partner with some of the world’s leading STEM and commercial organisations, helping them build high-performing teams through a proven, data-driven approach.We are now looking for a Recruitment Consultant to strengthen our presence in the commercial recruitment market, particularly across Sales Engineers, Business Development Managers, and Regional Sales Managers. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth business, play a key role in supporting our key accounts, and deliver real impact for our clients.What You’ll Be Doing
- Candidate & Client Engagement – Build relationships with businesses who already KNOW, LIKE & TRUST Mercury Hampton, through proactive phone-based engagement.
- Business Development Support – Arrange and attend Teams meetings with active clients, alongside the BD team.
- Delivery – Daily sourcing on live roles, consistent outreach to win new business.
- Collaboration – Work closely with the Delivery Manager and wider team to ensure outstanding service across all client accounts.
- Experience: At least 2 years’ recruitment experience, ideally within sales or technical markets.
- Skills: Strong communicator, commercially minded, proactive, and confident building long-term client relationships.
- Mindset: Driven, positive, and collaborative – a natural fit for Mercury Hampton’s high-performance culture.
- Earnings: Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission (OTE £50,000 – £120,000).
