Responsibilities will include:
Closing the Central month end, including recharges, prepayments and accruals
Reviewing, investigating and explaining monthly performance analytics and reports for Central costs
Business partnering with central function teams to understand, comment on and report financial performance accurately
Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Support accounting and reporting teams with financial information
Support/lead one-off and recurring projects and analysis as required by the business
The ideal candidate will be:
CIMA / ACCA / ACA qualified/part-qualified accountant, ideally with at least two years' industry experience
Experience working in a fast paced, high volume environment
IT Literate including Excel and ERP systems
Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to analyse and summarise complex information
