A well-established business based in Malton is currently recruiting for a Management Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis. On offer is a salary of up to £45,000 plus a range of great benefits and development opportunities.As Management Accountant, you will be:
  • Preparing monthly management accounts with insightful analysis
  • Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes across departments
  • Monitoring financial performance and identifying variances
  • Business partnering with operational teams to support decision-making
  • Assisting with year-end processes and audit preparation
  • Streamlining financial processes to drive efficiency
  • Supporting the wider finance team and mentoring junior staff
To be successful in this Management Accountant role, you will ideally have:
  • A professional qualification (or working towards) - ACCA/CIMA/ACA
  • Experience producing management accounts in a commercial environment
  • Strong Excel and financial systems skills
  • A proactive mindset with an eye for detail and process improvement
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
