Location: London or Birmingham, UKOur client in the global professional services industry is seeking a passionate and driven Apprenticeships Recruiter to join their dynamic Early Talent Recruitment Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, and onboarding top early-career talent into the Consulting and Technology Degree Apprenticeship Programmes in London and Birmingham.You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's future workforce by building strong relationships with schools, third-party organisations, and candidates to deliver a high-quality, inclusive, and seamless recruitment experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the continuous development and success of the early talent pipeline, in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.What you will do:
Talent Attraction & Relationship Building
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, and third-party organisations to attract a diverse and high-potential early talent pool.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute engaging events such as insight days, networking sessions, career fairs, and school presentations to promote the organisation's apprenticeship offerings.
- Represent the organisation as a brand ambassador to inspire, educate, and inform students, educators, and parents about the Consulting and Technology Apprenticeship pathways.
- Identify and nurture talent through proactive engagement and communication.
- Execute the end-to-end recruitment cycle for apprenticeship intakes, from initial outreach and screening to final offer and onboarding.
- Conduct a high volume of structured candidate interviews during peak seasons, ensuring fairness, consistency, and alignment with selection criteria.
- Monitor and manage a robust pipeline of candidates, maintaining a high-touch approach to provide a seamless candidate experience and reduce reneges or drop-offs.
- Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with business goals.
- Provide dedicated support and guidance to candidates throughout their journey - from application to joining.
- Assist in onboarding and induction activities, maintaining regular engagement with successful candidates to ensure smooth integration into the organisation.
- Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as pipeline status, source channel performance, diversity representation, and offer acceptance rates.
- Provide actionable insights to support decision-making and optimise recruitment strategies.
- Monitor and track recruitment spend, ensuring budget adherence and timely reporting.
- Stay current with early talent market trends and competitor strategies to refine and enhance sourcing and engagement approaches.
- Contribute to key team projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and candidate experience.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and best practice in early talent recruitment.
- Proven experience in early talent, campus, or volume recruitment, ideally with exposure to apprenticeships or school-leaver programmes.
- Strong knowledge of apprenticeship frameworks, degree apprenticeships, and the UK education landscape.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Confident public speaker with experience delivering engaging presentations and events.
- Proficiency in using recruitment systems (e.g., ATS) and MS Office tools; experience in data reporting is a plus.
- Passion for early talent development and driving diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment.
