Working Hours: Full-timeMy client is a dynamic leading Legal 500 firm seeking a talented and experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor at the Legal Director level. The firm handles a wide range of wealth work on behalf of their loyal client base of predominantly high-net-worth to ultra-HNW clients, this is a rare opportunity to be a lead within an outstanding team with full backing to develop into a Partnership role in good time.In this role you will:
- Manage and oversee contentious probate matters, providing high-level expertise and strategic guidance to clients.
- Handle a diverse caseload, including will disputes, inheritance act claims, and contested estate administration.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, providing support and guidance to ensure the successful delivery of client service.
