✅ Handle a varied caseload of contentious trusts and probate matters, including:
- Inheritance Act claims
- Will disputes and challenges
- Executor, beneficiary and trustee disputes
- Trust litigation
✅ Represent clients in court proceedings, mediation and settlement negotiations
✅ Collaborate closely with an experienced team, offering expert legal supportAbout You:✔ 5+ years PQE in Contentious Probate or Litigation with probate elements
✔ Strong understanding of the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
✔ Excellent negotiation, advocacy and dispute resolution skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment
