Growing into a trusted and recognised business over the years winning numerous awards including the Business Growth Award, they take pride in designing and manufacturing their own products and services, making the consumers demands their priority and ensuring needs are met.The RoleAs the Warehouse Supervisor you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day supervision of your team, ensuring correct picking, despatch, and delivery of products all within expected planned cost and time frames. You will ensureKPI’s and objectives are being met by planning and coordinating the picking and despatch times within your team as well as implementing the company‘s health & safety policy and carrying out health & safety audits as expected.You will be responsible for ensuring that the quality of products and services within your area is maintained to the highest standards by completing quality inspections in a timely manner and assisting with the preparation of external quality audits.You will have the overall responsibility for all aspects of training & development, health, safety, and welfare of your team.
