
Warehouse Supervisor

- Supervise and coordinate warehouse team of 10 to achieve operational KPIs
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of products
- Monitor and maintain stock levels, and carry out regular inventory checks
- Ensure all quality standards are met, completing inspections and investigations as required
- Implement and enforce Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Liaise with the maintenance team for equipment upkeep and preventive maintenance
- Act as a key holder, ensuring the site is opened, secured, and alarmed correctly
- Train, mentor, and develop warehouse staff to maximize efficiency and performance
- Communicate effectively with the Warehouse Manager and other departments regarding operational issues
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse processes and resource usage
- Educated to GCSE level (C grade in Maths and English) or equivalent
- Minimum of two years’ supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Excellent planning, organising, and prioritising abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Customer-focused with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Full clean driving licence with access to a vehicle
- Forklift licence
- Experience carrying out quality inspections
- Experience in high-volume, fast-paced warehouse operations
- Forward-thinking, proactive, and positive attitude
- Industry related training and ongoing support throughout
