- Support senior lawyers on complex employment law matters across a broad range of sectors
- Handle your own caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment work
- Get involved in advising clients on disciplinaries, grievances, restructures, TUPE, contracts, and policies
- Represent clients in tribunal claims under supervision, with opportunities to run your own matters
- Contribute to client relationships and assist with business development activities
