· Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

· Pay: £140 – £260 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)

This specialist school supports boys aged 5-19 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The setting is known for its inclusive ethos, trauma-informed approach, and strong commitment to personal and academic development for all pupils. Staff work as a tight-knit team to provide holistic support and individualised learning pathways.What Were Looking For:
· An experienced SENCO with knowledge of SEMH and SEN frameworks
· Proven ability to lead and coordinate SEND provision across a school
· Strong knowledge of EHCP processes, SEND legislation, and inclusive classroom strategies
· Excellent communication skills to collaborate with staff, external agencies, and families
· Ability to analyse data, write high-quality reports, and implement effective support plansEssential Requirements:
· QTS and National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO) or willingness to complete it
· Minimum 1 year of experience in a SENCO or senior SEND role
· Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (Child & Adult Workforce)
· Two recent professional references from an education settingIdeal for:
· Current SENCOs or Inclusion Leads
· Experienced teachers ready to take on a leadership role in SEND
· Professionals with experience in PRUs, Alternative Provisions, or SEMH schoolsProspero Teaching Offers:
